Please refer to the individual item for information on home freezing, as for some of our produce home freezing may not be suitable.

Please keep all sauces and sides in the fridge until you're ready to use them.
How quickly do I need to eat my seafood?
We recommend eating your seafood as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy it at its very best, within 2-3 days of arrival.
Can I freeze my seafood?
Fresh fish can be put in your freezer the day it arrives and enjoyed within 3 months. Any fish from our frozen section can also be refrozen so long as the box contents are still very cold upon arrival. You should put in the freezer as soon as it is ...
How do I store my seafood?
You should refrigerate your order as soon as you recieve it, and enjoy it within 2-3 days to ensure it is at its freshest.
How is my seafood prepared?
All of your seafood is prepared on the same day its caught, at the Brixham quay, just metres away from where the boats land.

Where does your seafood come from?
The most part of our fish comes from South West fisheries, however to ensure sustainability we do get additional Cod and Haddock from Norway, where stocks are healthy.
