My delivery hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Whilst DPD will do their utmost to ensure your seafood gets to you on time, in extreme cases this may not be possible. In the rarity this does happen, due to the nature of seafood, and in line with safety, your box won't be redelivered.

Should this happen our customer services team will be happy to help, simply submit a ticket explaining your problem and we'll be in touch asap with a resolution.
