How do I track my delivery?
When you place your order, you will be sent a DPD tracking number, which will show the progress of your order and DPD will update you via text and/or email with a timed delivery slot on the day of delivery.

Yes, you can, just make sure the person you want to send to and their address is specified as the delivery address, and please include their contact phone number for delivery.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
You can track the progress of your order via the DPD website using the tracking number they have sent you. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, please get in touch with our customer service team.
